So, how are you feeling on Day 3? My abs were a bit sore yesterday, and my legs are a little sore today. Are you stretching afterwards? Make sure you’re stretching out those muscles after a work out! It will help with the next-day soreness. If you have a hard time with the push-ups, you can modify them by using your knees. If you want to add a little difficulty to your lunges, hold something heavy either over your head, or weights down at your sides! Notice how deep these peeps are going in their lunges:
