The Ultimate Gluten Free Banana Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and grease a regular loaf pan with butter or coconut oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, butter or coconut oil, sugar or coconut sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in the remaining ingredients and spread into greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake in oven for 45-55 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from pan.
  6. Enjoy!
