Paleo Breakfast Burritos
High in protein, these Paleo Breakfast Burritos are an excellent start to your day!

quality lunch meat of your choice

Heat a few tsps of oil in TWO medium
: one over low-medium heat, the other over medium-high heat.
Scramble together eggs, salt, garlic powder, cheese (if desired) and any other ingredients you’d like to add into your burrito.
Add the eggs to one of the
and cook until done.
Once they are done, scoop some into a piece of lunch meat and roll up.
Gently place into the other
with oil and fry for a minute or two on each side, and serve promptly.
