Lemon Garlic Pork Chops
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Heat butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic, lemon juice, salt & pepper and lower heat.
  4. Cook on low for about 5 minutes, until fragrant, then set aside.
  5. Set pork chops into a glass baking dish and pour butter mixture over top, straining out the garlic if desired, making sure it covers each chop.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese (if desired) and bake for about 25-35 minutes, until cooked through (cooking time will vary depending on thickness of your chops)
