  1. Heat oil in a sauté pan. Add onions and cook on medium heat until onions are opaque and limp, about 5 minutes. Add shrimp and seasoning and cook until shrimp are cooked through but not rubbery, about 3-4 minutes. Add water and cilantro. Serve over warm rice and top with green onion if desired.
