Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper..
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the almond flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together the butter and sugars until creamy.
  4. Beat in egg and vanilla, then beat in dry ingredients.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 8-9 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let sit on baking sheet for 5 minutes, before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Enjoy!
