  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place the scallops into an 8 x 8 baking dish
  3. Pour the butter over the scallops, being sure to completely cover them.
  4. Grate the cheese.
  5. In a bowl, place the cheese, flour, spices, salt, garlic and onion powder and thoroughly mix.
  6. Pour this over the scallops.
  7. Mix everything up.
  8. Cook for 25 minutes.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
