Grain Free Apple Turnovers (Paleo, Gluten Free)
    1. Heat a skillet over low heat with a small amount of oil and heat the 3 TBSP coconut oil over medium heat in a separate skillet.
    2. Stir together the dry ingredients, then add in the remaining ingredients.
    3. Spoon about 3 TBSP of batter into the first skillet, and swirl around gently to make into a flat crepe.
    4. After a minute or two, flip over and cook another minute or two.
    5. Remove and finish remaining wraps/crepes.
    6. Meanwhile, combine all the filling ingredients and cook in other skillet with the 3 TBSP coconut oil until the apples are tender.
    7. Once done, wipe out skillet and put the remaining 2 TBSP coconut oil in.
    8. Fill about 1/3 of the shell with apple filling, fold over, and press down the edges with a fork.
    9. Place in heated oil and fry for about 2 minutes per side, until golden brown.
    10. Remove to plate covered with paper towel and let cool for a few minutes before eating.
    11. Eat promptly. =)
